It’s Tuesday, y’all. Is it too early in the week to say I’m beat? Because I’m {kinda} not lying. I am. But this iced tea is sorta makin’ life better. Especially since I’m drinking it from a mason jar. It’s OCTOBER {AMEN!!!!} and that means we’re starting the month with one of my favorite themes….SPIDERS!!!!!!!!! It’s spider week in Kindergarten and my kids are LOVING what they’re learning about our little arachnid friends. We’re especially loving our spider themed math tubs this week!! You can find these activities in my Cute or Creepy math tub packet. I was out of town this past weekend and didn’t have a chance to share a few little things from last week. We had Open House last Thursday and it was a smashing success. Love that. My babies loved being the “teacher” and taking their families on a little scavenger hunt around the school. The book fair was a giant bonus, too :) One of my kids’ favorite activities we put on display was this FABULOUS Name in a Ten Frame {free} from Samantha Nowak. Genius. We also learned about life cycles and the kids made these little apple life cycle crafts to put out in the hall. I don’t have the template for you, but you can get this fabulous clipart from the uber talented Krista Wallden. Speaking of things I love right now, Crystal from Kreative in Kinder just opened up her own teacher t-shirt shop and I’m LOVING her selections!! Check it out!!!! And have you seen this super CLEVER behavior management idea from Katie Knight at Teacher to the Core?! I absolutely LOVE this idea!!! While I was at the airport….ANXIOUSLY biting my nails and waiting…I had a chance to browse Pinterest which I find myself doing less and less these days. Life if just crazy. That to be said, I absolutely LOVE this precious idea from Diane at Teachwithme.com. Okay. It’s time to get these boys to bed. But seriously. I want to shqueeze them like crazy instead. So maybe I’ll spend a while doing that instead. I stink at this whole bedtime routine thing. #latenights #tiredmommy #notenoughenergy Stay tuned for a few new additions to my little shop! I’m rolling out a few fun things to get me through the rest of the month & I can’t wait to share :)

Oh.boy. My week sounds just like yours–exhausting!!! So needless to say, I didn't get a chance to stalk all my fav blogs until today…and what a surprise it was! Thanks for sharing my Name in a 10 Frame freebie, I'm so thrilled to hear that your kiddies enjoyed it so much 😀 You totally made my day.
We are starting a mini spider until in 2 weeks, too! I never knew you had spider-themed math tubs…I will definitely be adding that to our week, the kiddies will love it!
Thanks for the fabulous inspiration as always!
