Hi there.  I’m Cara.  A 40-something mom of two boys, small business owner, content creator, and someone who genuinely loves meaningful moments & this ever changing season of life. I’ve been married for over twenty years, own & manage a women’s boutique, & spend my days attempting to balance work, family, creativity, & a deep appreciation for the little things that make life feel full. I wholeheartedly believe getting older doesn’t mean fading into the background, rather showing up with more confidence, clarity, & intention than ever before.

In addition to my full time job as boutique owner, I also create lifestyle & bookish content online (mostly IG). I spend a lot of time dreaming up ways to make everyday life feel a little more beautiful whether that’s through what I’m reading, how I’m decorating my home, meals I’m cooking, or styles I’m wearing. I’m drawn to stories, both the ones we read and the ones we live. I love fashion that works for real life, books that linger long after the last page, traveling whenever possible, hosting friends & family, and sharing the little things that make ordinary days special. I will always value authenticity over perfection and find the most joy in the small, everyday ordinary moments.
