Pizza or pasta for dinner tonight?! Why choose?! This dish is the best of both worlds! Quick prep time, minimal effort, packed with flavor! Now that’s amore!

Pizza Pasta Toss
Ingredients
16 oz. penne pasta
1/4 C Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
24 oz. jar tomato & basil spaghetti sauce
1 C. shredded Italian cheese blend
1 (5-6oz.) bag pepperoni slices
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed.
- Chop veggies and pepperoni.
- Add balsamic vinaigrette to large skillet and heat on med. high.
- Add chopped peppers, onion, and pepperoni to skillet and sautee in dressing for 8 minutes or until tender
- Add spaghetti sauce to skillet and mix well to combine. Simmer for 10-12 minutes on medium high heat.
- Remove from heat and pour mixture over cooked & drained pasta. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Add in cheese (more or less as desired – but you should definitely add more) and stir well to combine.
- Serve & enjoy!
