Simply Social Studies is a Social Studies curriculum that covers grade appropriate concepts and objectives for First Grade. (Kindergarten is also available and can be found HERE).

Simply Social Studies Unit 4 for First Grade covers the concept of basic economics – goods & services; earning, spending, & saving; and markets. This unit also covers the concept of finding and using goods and services in the home, school, and community as well as looking at the people and places providing goods and services to the public. The unit is broken down into ten lessons including:
