One of our MANY job as a teacher is to help our students become responsible citizens. Responsibility is a character trait that often needs to be modeled, taught, and reinforced and we have to provide students with many opportunities to practice being responsible. Implementing a classroom job system is a great way to promote responsibility in the classroom and cultivate a classroom of responsible citizens!
